"This adding on extra "hidden" charges is really too much. I have 2 credits on my delta account and I wanted to use them for a ticket - turns out that even though the money on the account is yours (because of cancelled flights that I've already paid $150 to change) you can't apply more than one credit to any one ticket. I stopped flying delta. Bags for 2 $60, Seat fee $25 and any change ticket $150. Are you kidding me? On top of that it is basically impossibly to find the credits on an account. I asked customer service to tell me how to find the credits I knew I had and they pretended they didn't know what I was talking about - it took me minutes to find the credit # because they changed the website. Now I only fly southwestairlines. I fly almost weekly and WOW that is really hazzle free. I can change my ticket and cancel for no costs - and my bags fly free. "

"I have not had a problem with Delta until now. I generally fly with Delta overseas. I flew a company rep on Delta for a conference. The first flight was delayed- no big deal,it happens all the time. By the time she arrived and got off of the plane her connecting flight was almost done boarding. She spoke to the attendant behind the desk for some assistance. Either call the desk and have them keep the doors open a little longer or have one of those carts take her directly to her gate. Neither seemed to be at all convenient....
She almost missed her connecting flight only because her first Delta flight was delayed and they couldn't bother themselves to assist her getting to her connecting Delta flight on time."
