"Professional scam artists. They make you wait 12 weeks and never ever send magazines. The magazine people never heard of them. If they already took your money go to Better Business Bureau site in NYC and file complaint. Money refunded quickly enough then. Very rude people too. I imagine people laying around in shorts and t shirts watching TV and hoping you don't pursue them. They are located in Brooklyn, NY my birth place. "
"I don't know if someday, somehow, I will get my subscription honored but one thing is certain- the customer service for this website/business is abysmal. I have NEVER gotten ANY sort of response to my numerous emails.

"This place is a scam. Renewed Consumer Report 2/26 and NOTHING. I've left 3 voice mails - no response and never have anyone answer the phone during regular hours either. Spoke to Consumer Report - they have no record of my order being placed. If I don't have a response within 24 hours, I will pursue this matter legally. And YES, my credit card was charged.Hopefully, all of us that take the time to write a review will put them out of business."
"I ordered the economist 2/1 and its 6/3 and I have not received the magazine. I called after 11 weeks and was told i would get a postcard with my status. Postcard came saying it had to be reordered. Called again and was told "just give it 8 weeks". Im being optimistic but after reading all the negative reviews...wish i read them prior to ordering!!"
"I ordered a subscription on Oct. 18. 07 and was told it would take 11 weeks to receive it. After the 11 weeks, I called and was told they didn't know if or when they would be able to process the order. The were rude and nasty on the phone and the manager is never available, nor do they answer e-mails. I asked for a refund on Jan. 19, 2008 but never received it. I have filed actions with the BBB and the Attorney Generals office. I believe they purposely put you off for the 11 weeks so that you are outside the time period you can file a dispute with your credit card company. They are a rip off. Stay away!!!"
"Placed an order for the Notre Dame magazine on April 7th as a gift. The person receiving the gift got a post card in July saying that the magazine would a month late (missing the first issue of the school year). Today (August 6th, 2007) the person receiving the gift got another card saying the first delivery would be yet another month late (2 months into the season). The company originally said the first issue would arrive 8-12 weeks after ordering. After calling the company I found out that the company did not contact the publisher for the order until 3 months after I'd placed it and paid for it. Needless to say I'm pretty disappointed and won't be working with this company again."
"I ordered in December and was told it'd take 8-12 weeks to be delivered. After 14 weeks, I sent an email and got no response. I then mentioned I'd be forced to take legal action and magically I received my magazines within a week and a half. Right now I'm just happy I've received them, but I'd think twice about dealing with these guys. They don't deliver within that 90 day period so it's hard to get your credit card to investigate the issue. Consider this your warning!"
