The only complaint I have is that the color of the lettering on the wrapper was not green but black. We found out after contacting InkHead about this that we needed to order 10 cases to get a specific color of lettering on the wrapper. Any order under 10 cases is black. They have given us a 20% off the next order. "

"I purchased a custom printed fan that was not functional at all. Additionally when I complained to customer service they did not stand behind the product.

The material used was NOT 22pt, which is clearly in the product description - the product we received barely measured 22pt AFTER the lamination. We are confident that only 18 pt or 20 pt material was used.

Given the material thickness was not to spec the fan was flimsy and unusable. The print quality was subpar.

We will never buy from inkhead again."
