"I have ordered from this company for over a decade, and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately, they appear to be no longer operating. When I went online today to place an order, the website is now merely a login screen, and the customer service phone number has been disconnected. Very disappointing."

my workpants for the season- only recently discovered their custom tailoring option for $5.
I appreciate that- I dont have to cuff up anymore-
Every once in a while something is out of stock, but so what ? You buy something else-
It really bothers me to see the way some people feel so free to trash other people

"I ordered 3 pair of jeans on 9/2018. Nothing indicated they were out of stock. After weeks of waiting and multiple emails to check on my order, I received an email in November saying all orders in house prior to that date would be canceled because of the backlog of orders and I would have to place a new order. I was frustrated but I emailed and verified the jeans I wanted were in stock and immediately placed the order. After a couple of weeks and no shipping notification, I found out today 12/3 they were out of stock again! After 2 1/2 months and multiple emails back and forth....I still have no jeans! I told them I had verified they were in stock before I had to re order but was told me they fill orders as they receive them. So....my order that was placed 9/20 that GOT CANCELED did not matter! They placed priority on the reorders over my original order!??! I'm livid. My son needed these for hunting season and now.....nothing! Terrible and shameful service! Never order from these people."

I ordered on 11/29/14. It was a special order item. They sent me an email with estimated ship date between 12/9/14 and 12/11/14. I have not heard anything or received anything from them by 12/23/14. Then I contacted them and they gave me one excuse after another. I asked them to give me a delivery date or cancel. They said 01/05 it would be shipped.
Today is 01/08/15 and I checked the order status and it said canceled. I was not notified. This is the WORST customer service. The place deserves bankruptcy. DO NOT SHOP THERE."
"I was initially skeptical because of: 1)the online reviews and 2)the lack of communication on Denim Express' part, but it all worked out quite well. I ordered my item and the money was immediately deducted from my checking account, but there was no verification of shipping. I called three times, no answer. Emailed three times, no answer. Fortunately the item arrived in perfect condition and in a very reasonable amount of time. Bottom line - their communication is non-existent, but I'm satisfied in the end."

"Do not order anything that may be backordered they suck att that and just lie and blame everyone else for the problem
additionally I ordered 3 identical pair and got free shipping, they only had one pair but would not ship that one while waiting on the other two tocome in. They have sat on my money and my pants for 3 weeks now and customer service (real joke) will do nothing but promise 5 more days then you can get your pants.
Normally not a big deal but i lost 40 pounds as of 3 weeks ago and really wanted to get into the smaller size MISTAKE to order anything that i needed from this company

"I had bought a pair of jeans as a gift for christmas and they didn't fit right so I returned them. After a week I still hadn't received my refund so I sent them a message. I tracked the package and it was signed for on the 24th, they told me they had just received it on the 30th (the day I sent them a message!) and when they finally refunded my money they took the $10 for the shipping label PLUS 15% for a restocking fee when it still had all the original tags!! $40 pair of pants still ended up costing me $20! AWFUL COMPANY!"
"I recently bought 11 items from denim express for christmas presents. I bought 5 pairs of Levi's 517 boot cut jeans for my son and they did not fit him. I returned all 5 pair and was credited for 4. When I called about the other pair, they told me they only received 4 and refused to make it right. I know for a fact all 5 were in there, I counted them 3 times and made the ups employee count them for me as well. They refuse to make this right and I will not be buying from them again."
