Dennis was very cooperative and flexible and we got it all worked out without delaying the shipment of the lamp to my mother. When the lamp arrived, it turned out to be different than what I had ordered. Again, Dennis responded to my email promptly and together we worked out the details to my satisfaction. I am a veteran online shopper and I can say that this merchant is to be trusted, is quite fair, and certainly does value customer satisfaction. I will return to his site and I highly recommend it."
