"I purchased the Pulsate Pro for $189 with free shipping, my orthodontist had recommended it. I did a lot of research before I ordered it, and realized there really was not much competition out there. There was a few much more expensive alternatives but priced over $800. When it arrived I was shocked, it was a little plastic machine that looks like it cost $40 ( That is being generous) But I knew that I had no choice but to stick with it, I sent two emails with a couple of questions which Dentakit responded to. I then had further questions and left a total of 4 voicemails and sent another email and I was ignored. This is a unique product and NOT something I can google to find the answers. I actually would like to return the product as I decided that I would rather get the script from my orthodontist and splash out for the Rolls Royce acceledent at least they have outstanding customer service. Really upset!!! "
