"Ordered Lumi Brite peroxide Gel for teeth whitening. Should be 2 per box. One box only had 1. The gel was nearly impossible to get out of the syringes. Of course NO PHONE NUMBER for customer service. Noticed the company's name is almost identical to another company that I called first and they answered right away. Stay away from these guys!"
"I should have read previous reviews!! I purchased an electric toothbrush with 3 replacement heads and only received ONE replacement head. I emailed them and sent pictures three times of the single replacement head, and they said they never received my pictures. They said, "All replacement packages come with three heads." (except mine). Their "customer service" is not a service at all but created more aggravation! I do not recommend this company at all!"
"I purchased 3 Rotadent Pro Care heads and 2 of the 3 are defective. With 1 head the bristles fell out of the head on first use, the second head caused the toothbrush to shut down. They are only able to be reached by email and their website states no refunds or exchanges-they advise if defective product, call the manufacturer. I called DenMat and they offered no help claiming they only sell to dentists and customers. They will not cover defective products purchased elsewhere. I'm grateful I can make a claim with my credit card, but what a hassle. NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY. BITE THE BULLET AND PAY THE BIGGER PRICE AT DEN MAT."
"I placed an order for Opalescence Go 15% and my credit card was immediately charged. I was also given a USPS tracking number. After 1 week of no product I decided to check shipping status with the tracking number only to find out it was "pending". After another week went by I checked status again and the same pending status appeared. I called USPS and found out that they never received the product (how this works I don't know). You can't call DentaMart directly as they have no published phone number and the 2 telephone numbers I could find on the internet were both disconnected. I contacted DentaMart via email (from the confirmation email address from my order) and asked for an update as they had charged my credit card but had not shipped the product. When I did not get a reply I contacted my credit card company and explained the situation and cancelled the charge. They tried contacting Dental Health (the name they had on file for the funds transfer on the transaction) but there was no answer at the telephone number listed in their records. I informed DentaMart of the cancellation, the discussion I had with the cc company, and a request for immediate refund. It took weeks for them to process my credit card refund. My advice is to steer clear of companies that do not have a customer service telephone number in which to call when problems arise. It is too easy to hide behind an email address and not handle issues promptly."
