"Ordered Product in JUNE 2010.

NEVER RECEIVED it, it is now SEPT 2010.

1) THE OPERATOR ON THE PHONE has no listed number for them in Colorado.

2) The phone number in the online website goes to a FAX machine.***-***-****. Never answered, been trying it for months. Not an answering machine.

3) The email address listed online ****@**** is bogus.

The email is sent, but there is never a response.

There is no method that works to contact them.

MAKE of this what you will.
Do not recommend purchase from them.
Are they a real company ?

"Good service. I do not have an invoice number. The original order was made in March of '09. I was kept informed as to the delay and given the option to cancel my order. I did not cancel. In February '10 the manufacturer told them it was discontinued and I was promptly refunded my money. "
