"Ordered a product on Black Friday. Took almost 2 weeks to get a tracking number, then I was advised that it would be another 2-3 weeks for delivery. Had I would have known that initially, I would have purchased elsewhere.

UPDATE: 12/09: Customer Service did a great job addressing issues. I appreciated the concessions for the frustration and the follow up.

"First they advertised a price then told me it was wrong and u was charged more. Then I was told 3 different shipping dates. The delivery is taking way longer then what I was told. Will not buy from again"

"This has been an utter disaster. Ordered a sideboard on 9/22/16. On 10/13/16, after multiple phone calls and email messages, finally made contact with delivery service. Shipment box was damaged and refused; photos taken, replacement request made. On 10/19/16, notified by Deqor that the delivery service had opened the box and checked the furniture and it had no damage! Said the delivery service would contact us to arrange re-delivery. One week later, nothing, despite multiple emails/calls. So after 5 weeks and almost $1,000 charge on my credit card, I still don't have my sideboard.

I will NEVER use Deqor again. They either don't know what they are doing, or they have no control over the delivery process. Either way is bad. Deqor used Road Runner for freight and Red Line Logistics for delivery and it appears neither one know what the other is doing.
If this gets resolved I will post an update, but as of today, I would have to give them 1 star. People at Deqor are very nice but ineffective at delivering on promises.

"You had better like what you get. In our case the bar stools just didn't work. To return I have to try to get the item shipped back at my cost. Free shipping normally means free shipping and returns, or at the very least, help with returns at a price. After waiting over a week I was told to ship the item to NC. The bottom line was find someone who'll take a large box to NC. And be forewarned that if you've damaged the packaging, no refund. I couldn't get the first barstool unpacked without destroying the packaging. The packaging was very good. So good I couldn't unpack it without destroying the packaging. UPDATE: It cost almost as much to return the barstool as it originally cost. It's now been several weeks and NO refund. VERY unhappy!"

"The Del Mar Swivel Bar Stools are very high quality and attractive. They swivel slowly, offering a tight swing instead of a loose, wobbly swing. The foot rest on the stool is a sturdy, continuous circle, NOT 4 independent pieces of the circle nailed to each leg, which break and are not strong. The foot rest is very strong and secure on these stools. Also, the seat backs have a slight lean to them, resulting in a very comfortable lumbar support without the need for a back cushion. The leather-like seats are firm, but very comfortable once securely seated. The walnut stained rattan does scratch easily if they are pushed to close to the bar or counter top. However, I found a great product to easily eliminate the problem: Minwax #63487 Wood Finish Stain Marker in Dark Walnut. It quickly dries and covers the scratch, leaving the chairs always looking perfect. The staff at Deqor were helpful and quick to respond to my concerns and questions. I would purchase from them again in a heartbeat."

It was boxed and wrapped well, they did have a couple of dings in them but not enough to complain about because I didn't have to build them and it came in the mail to my door step.
