"The product did show up to the house withing the 3-5 Business days that they said in their email sent to me, however I was never given a tracking number to follow up on the items location which left me up in the air on when it was arriving. Also the item did come in bent and scratched, but with a little extra help from my tools, I was able to put it together without a problem."
