"They make you sign for a package that is worth $60 - makes NO sense. USPS could have easily left it in my mailbox. Instead I had to go all the way across town to pick it up which I did not do. I asked for a refund a month later because I didn't bother to pick it up but they said it was "delivered" to a different zip code than my delivery address! They will scam you because they don't care about the customer. I went with a competitor who does not do these idiotic business practices."

"Ordered trial bottles off internet ad. Cost- shipping only - supposedly commitment free trial. Sample was not suitable for a 70 year olds skin but may work on younger women. When I found out they were billing me for 94.00 for the sample after a 15 day trial ( that if mentioned must have been in very small print and in grey font ) and they said they would only refund 1/3 of the price of the unordered merchandise and that the November billing would have a restocking fee because I returned it unopened thru the postoffice. I have never gotten any invoices or emails about this product. I have copies of their adds specifying that there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee and that there was no commitment to buy....Buyers Beware."
