"if I can rate this company a flat 0 out of 5 stars I would. First time ordering and definitely the last. I ordered prescription glasses. I read their policy very carefully before purchasing my glasses. In the policy it stated “no returns on prescription”however their policy states of being able to exchange if not satisfied. It doesn’t state anywhere that you cannot exchange prescription glasses. Well I requested the exchanges they proceeded to tell me I cannot exchange because that’s their policy. You can’t make up rules as you go, you stick with your policy that you posted for your customers to read. Horrible customer service they were very quick to deny my exchange yet took days and multiple times of writing to them to get some kind of answer. They don’t care about their clients enough to resolve the issue. I will definitely Never be ordering from Designer optics ever again!!!!"

"I ordered my glasses on September 28th. Here it is October 18th and I have yet to recite every them! They also sent me a FAKE tracking number to have me believe my glasses were shipped.

"Received a Pulsar watch from Designer Optics but the hands do not glow in the dark very long so you can not tell time in the dark. Received an email from them to return the watch but have not received a refund or replacement in over 30 days. Filed a BBB complaint but this company did not respond to BBB so they got a D+ rating from BBB. The 14 day return policy is a joke because you do not hear from them. Receved watch 5 months after ordering because it was out of stock."
"I have ordered quite a few pairs of glasses from this company. The problems started when I ordered a Tag Heuer fram with no rx lenses. After two weeks of hearing nothing, I finally called. Every time I called I was on hold for at least 10 minutes. I was told, oh sorry those are on backorder, they should ship out in another week or so. Really? You never notified me in two weeks of what is going on with the order? I had also ordered a pair of Nike rx sunglasses, again after two weeks I was told after I called.."sorry, we will need another $160 to put the lenses in". Really? and you couldn't have contacted me earlier than this and told me? Disgusting"
