"The first customer service person did not know anything about the products. The second person sounded like she knew what I was supposed to order but turned out she was wrong; I ordered something unnecessarily as that was already included with the hardware.
One week after their return window which is only 3 weeks, they refused the return even they were in their original packaging and I tried to explain that to them by emailing and on the phone.
If you need guidance or help with your drapery from the salesman do not go to this company.
