"I ordered a copy of windows 7 download version, I got the email with a link to the download, but when I download it, there is no way for me to transfer it via DVD or USB to the computer I want it on and whenever I email them to see if I can get the hard copy version instead i get an email saying they reported my email as spam. I don't know what to do and am pretty sure I just wasted 65 dollars. "
