"I used to love ordering products from despair for the men in my life but I won't again. Last year I ordered items for two brothers in law and my husband. The shipment arrived with all the wrong items barely before Christmas. They received IOUs. I still have not received the book I ordered last fall and they keep telling me I will get it when it is available. I doubt that will ever be."
"I had a question about some shirts I received being slightly different sizes than ones I had gotten from previously ordering from the store. I had simply asked if the sizes had changed, and if I simply happened to miss the notification, and received an e-mail back on Sunday assuring me they have not changed, and offering to ship me replacement shirts free of charge in whatever size I wanted.
The customer service is surprisingly good, considering Despair spends a lot of time talking about dissatisfied customers. I would definitely order from them again or recommend them to anybody for anything."
