"Placed an order for 2 t8 bulbs that the webpage states are in stock and at the warehouse. After a week of no confirmation I called them to make sure the order went through. They stated that the bulbs were on backorder and they had sent me a email saying so. Double checked my email (spam and trash) and no email was ever received. 2 more weeks pass with not a word from them so I call again and get the same response even though the page states that the bulbs are in stock and at the warehouse. Another week (now at just over a month) and still no word, I call to cancel and what do you know they finally charge my card. So now I have to deal with getting my money back from them and finding another place that has the bulbs I need. 0 out of 5 stars, would recommend finding some other place to do business with because Destination Lighting does not value small order customers."
"I will never use this service ever again I am going back to Amazon's Prime. We have just purchased a home and wanted to try out Houzz. We ordered a light from Destination Lighting And what we received was not what we expected and the item was not used but did come with broken lightbulbs. But the type of light bulbs that no one uses any longer. CFL. We are not happy with the purchase and the item did not fit anyways and we simply wanted to return it or exchange for different item like LED. Destination Lighting wants to send me more CFL's And I clearly told them that I did not want that now they are ignoring me. I am going to ship it back and they can keep the money because this is about customer service. I advise you not to use Houzz or Destination Lighting! If you have any issues with your items you will have problems. Amazon Prime here I come."

"Unfortunately, we ordered two pendants from their website. They acknowledged our order with a photo of the pendants and part number which were exactly what we were ordering. However, we received two pendants of a completely different part number! Which was a completely different fixture all together!
We called to advise them of the mistake and was told at that point that they knew that they posted incorrect pricing against the pendant that we ordered- so we were not going to get our requested pendant. However, knowing this problem, they went ahead and shipped us pendants that we did not order! Of course, we sent these pendants back to them and are still waiting for our refund! "
