"Great customer service, decent product selection, bad microfibers. I bought the Uber Jumbo Waffle Weave towels and some Uber 16x16 microfiber towels. The Waffle Weave towels have cheap edging that scratches and microfiber material is rough, not paint safe. I decided to use them for wheels only after I had some marring issues on three different vehicles. I have a 4 year old Waffle Weave towel ordered from another website that is softer than my Uber Waffle Weave towel was when it was new. The Uber 16x16 towels lint like crazy, can't use them on black paint, but they are soft. I wash all my microfibers with Micro Restore detergent and I only tumble dry them without heat. I would buy towels elsewhere, the rest of Detailer's Domain product lineup comes recommended."
