"I've worked with a few companies that used their Magento ADO from Devart plugin. Let me tell you, it saved a lot of time on setting the systems up. Devart make it very easy to write Advanced Queries directly into your Magento installation by having a nice interface to connect all you data point.
The best part was that i offered full CRUD so if you need to write new orders, push new products or just updated your system for maintenance from SQL to MYSQL Magento, then this tool will definitely put you in the right direct.

We did use the API a couple times ,however, this tool gives you a nice layout to easy map the details that you need to be successful. So once you figure out how everything works from the Entity, read the docs please, then this tools should be in you handbag of tools to convert SQL to MySQL.

It works off the Entity Framework Core, so if you are already familiar with that setup, I'd recommend that you give this a try.

We are now trying out the Mysql Tools. The MySQL tools are on the top of the class. If you get sick of the Buggy MySQL Workbench then Id highly recommend MySQLTool Pro and even the Free version. They are both amazing pieces of software based on you needs and demand. We just got sick of MySQL Workbench constantly 'losing' connection and just failing completely. You will not have these issue with this tool.
WIth a nice clean interface and very well thought out layouts and design this tool should be what everyone uses.

This software has many wonderful qualities that we used. From fast database search, to codes completion, to a top notch Query Profiler.

The Code Completion is very accurate and allows for a lot of customization if that is what you are looking for in a long term solution. I know I am. Another feature I really liked was the automatic SQL check. This makes it very easy to find hard to find syntaxes that you might of made a mistake on. I know that code usually tells you but this puts you in the direct well before you have to run the code. Make it just one more thing that you do every day that you don't' have to do any more.

There is several free version of this as well and we have a lot of our employees using this already. Devart is not afraid to let you try their software out either and gives a great price for doing things that you do everyday.

We did have to deal with support a few times and it is what you expect, excellent. We had a ticket in a few times, but they easily walked us through what we needed to do to figure out our issues.
