"We have had 2 years of considerable issues with our Di Vapour cabin. It was sent to us, we had someone (highly trusted) install it, and have had failing parts at least 5 times over the past 2 years (it could actually be more, I'm genuinely trying to be generous). The parts corrode (we even put in a water softening system to try and overcome this, which it didn't - it's not the water, it's clearly poor quality products) - it causes leaks repeatedly in our bathroom. Staff extremely polite and helpful but the long and short of it is that we have built a bathroom around this unit that we just can't use any more. A massive waste of hard-earned cash - BE WARNED!"
