They messed up blamed it on us. Now I have to find diapers so my kid can get in the pool. Looks like we are out of the money we spent for the 20 pack of swimmates. "

"Worst company to deal on Ebay! The never sent me the correct item to begin with. I sent back the wrong item and requested a replacement. Meanwhile I posted on Ebay their posting was incorrect, showing a completely different item than I received. Then, they decided to refuse my replacement order and left me with nothing due to them being upset about my negative review. Their add was misleading and incorrect!. After itt, I received a partial refund from them. They charged me a re stocking fee for the their own refusal. I am disputing the charges as we speak for the full amount of my original order. Be aware, they have terrible reviews specially on Ebay! They are liars! I have emails with all the proof and every time they came up with a lie, I had the back up for it! Other customers are experiencing issues same as mine, poor customer service, wrong items listed, and no money refunds! "
