"I would have given them a five star rating with the exception of the online catalogue. As previously mentioned the inventory is not timely updated. This was rather important as I was trying to find work boots for my husband which had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Having placed an order for two pairs, I experienced a problem with pay pal. Which in turn proved to be beneficial as when I contacted customer service the boot was not available in the size and color I needed. However, Steven did take my ordering information and was going to try to locate the boots for me. He was polite and courteous. I will update my review when he replies. "I am very disappointed that Diabetic Shoes HuB does not refresh their inventory online to show what they really have in stock. When you go searching for something online, you expect that they have it in stock, unless otherwise stated. I was skeptical because they said they had every size and color available of the shoe I was looking for, so I went through the process, paid and received order confirmation. The next day I received an email that they had other options (bate and switch) for me in other colors available but that they checked with the manufacturer and that shoe was not available in the color and size I ordered it in.

As I look over their website... it looks like this is a common thing in their shoe department. I'm very bummed because they have my money and it will take a long time to get it back because I paid through PayPal.
