"The Dial my calls progam has always worked well for my contact group."
"We enjoy your service and what it brings. We use it to contact about 135 people as an emergency prep scenario in case anything were to happen to our work building. We can use the service to contact these people to let them know what to do next in case of an emergency.
We have done two tests recently, 5/22 (call) and 6/12 (text). Unfortunately both times we have had reports of people not getting the calls or not getting the texts. I called in after the 5/22 test call and a representative told me it is a carrier issue. They slowed down our call distribution so it would take longer but hopefully reach more people. The 6/12 test had 16 calls that were "unsuccessful" (we double checked the numbers and only one was incorrect). However we still had people that said "successful" on the report, say they did not get a text. Including my co-worker who was helping me with the test.
I have used this service for a while and not had these recent problems, thus why I am rating 3 stars.
Anything you can do to help because we don't want to call these people individually. However if we can't guarantee results our leaders may ask for us to try a different way to run the test.
PS we also use the service to contact volunteers when we hold an event. That seems to be working better but don't always get a text back. Have not narrowed down that issue yet.

The tutorials are confusing because there is so very much information given. But they are very helpful when I listen to them a few times. I feel very strongly that our church will like Dial My Calls and the ease of use that it has.
