Using text messages to remind self storage renters that rent is duel

"Since we do not invoice renters, it is really easy for them to forget about their storage unit rent. We charge a late fee and have been ending up calling the renter after their rent was past due.
This reminder helps them avoid late fees and gets us paid more quickly. Renter is happy and we are happy. Win Win.
