"We were pleased with the Dialmycalls.com system. We like the phone-in option, that is the format that we were looking for in a broadcast program. The one problem we have had is that when it prompts to choose a group. it says error when we choose the Prayer Chain group. I did talk to our rep and he checked our set up and didn't see anything that would cause this to occur. I have tried to correct this by deleting the group and re-entering the data. So hopefully we have it settled now. If the problem reoccurs we will let you know.
Otherwise, we are happy with the program, the ease of setup, the detailed report of each call, and the clarity of the broadcast. The choice of having different broadcast groups is another option we found very useful for our purposes."
