"While, the selections and options are very nice at Diamond Design Gallery (DDG), the whole experience was a nightmare. I found the diamond and setting that I liked and placed an order. Several days later, I received a "courtesy call" from JTV. When I called back they could not even help me because only one person who works there handles DDG customer service. When I finally was contacted again JTV stated that the diamond was no longer available, but that they had an equal quality diamond for $500 extra.
Bait and Switch!!!
Not wanting to fall for their trap I requested a refund. Yes, DDG charges you for items that do not even exist. According to DDG's Terms and Conditions, "Gallery shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price." However, I have yet to receive my refund.
Unsatisfied with my recent transaction, I sent an email using the listed email address on DDG's Contact Us page only to receive a Delivery Failure message for invalid email address. I was able to locate a valid email address, listed in one of the paragraphs of the Order Policy page. Searching for a valid email address should never be a situation with a large company like JTV.
My last issue was with Customer Service themselves. Why is it that only one person could help me? The telephone number listed on every page of DDG's website connected me with random people all who would tell me they could not help since the DDG person was off today and that she only worked from 8-5 eastern.
