"I couldn't say more for this company. I needed a replacement adaptor so that I could use my laptop (which was no longer charging at all) for my upcoming exams. They surprised me by upgrading my shipping to FedEx and I received the adaptor on Tuesday after ordering it on Sunday.

The adaptor they sent me is actually nicer than the OEM one it replaces. It has a status light, which the other didn't. I ordered this hoping that it was the charger and not the charging system in the laptop, fortunately it was. If this charger ever fails, the status light will help me to troubleshoot.

Placed another order on 04/04/09 for a AC adapter for my Inspiron 1100 as the original cord was damaged (operator error). Once again, they had the best price I could find. It was shipped on 04/06 and arrived on 04/08. It was well packaged and is working just fine.

My only issue was that the order confirmation stated that the Shipping Method was USPS First Class Mail, yet I then received a tracking number for FedEx, which is how the order eventually arrived. Nothing big, but apparently a mistake in their system.
