"When I received my ring in the mail, it had a mark on it from the jeweler that I believe meant that it has been worked on in the past. There were scratches on one side of the ring and on that same side, the side stones were not aligned. Also you could tell that the jeweler was having trouble with placing the stones because there were markings on it.
Other than that I have no issues with the return of my ring, a little bit of a length process but it worked and I eventually received my payment back with little effort on my part."

"Diamond Nexus goes through a lot of work to hide the fact that they are selling over priced Cubic Zirconias. Really there is nothing wrong with Cubic Zirconias, but Diamond Nexus goes through great lengths to hide the fact that there product is a Cubic Zirconia. This come across as very dishonest of them.
March 3, 2016 Update: On January 25, 2016 Patrick O'Connell confirmed they received my returned earrings and that I would receive a refund within "7 to 10 business days". It is now March 3rd and I still have not received a refund.
March 10, 2016 Update: Diamond Nexus is ignoring my inquiries about my refund and I have yet to receive my refund after they confirmed receipt of the item in January.
