"I bought the stone only and had it set in my old setting. This stone was breathtaking. I am so proud of my ring. Absolutely nobody could tell it wasn't the real thing."
"I was not impressed with the earrings I ordered. I ordered them to see the quality with the intent that I could return them if unhappy...as was stated in numerous places on the website. When I contacted customer service on what I needed to do to return them because I didn't like them, I was then advised that I could not return them. It is my fault because I ordered them from the ad on the back of the catalog and didn't read that these are "limited quantities" or whatever they claim and nonreturnable. I find it interesting though because they are still on the website and list them under bridesmaid gift ideas. I do not understand why they would consider these nonreturnable if they offer them repeatedly. The person I was talking to could not even find the earrings even though I told them they are a gift idea. I wish I had done more research on the company and read things more carefully because I would not have dealt with the company and was completely disappointed at the lack of professionalism from their customer service department. You would think they would know the items the company carries. I had to send the customer service representative a link to the earrings so they could see what I was talking about even though they had my order number. As I said, I am completely unhappy with the earrings and the customer service. I will not be ordering from Diamond Nexus again."
"Purchased an engagement ring from Diamond Nexus, and admittedly was skeptical of the product and quality. But 3 days after placing the order, the ring came. Holy. Cow. I was floored! It's GORGEOUS! So gorgeous I went from feeling like the stone was going to be so ugly she couldn't wear it, to it was so pretty no one would believe I could have afforded it! Took it into a local high end jewler and long story short THEY COULDNT TELL it was Diamond Nexus. No joke, THREE sales people inspected it and not one could tell, even after using the jewlers little monacle magnifier thingy. The quality and shine, sparkle, and WOW factor are off the charts.
Needless to say she LOVED it, said YES! and knowing I saved THOUSANDS off retail made me even happier. I can't blame anyone reading these reviews for thinking Diamond Nexus must be too good to be true, but so far I'm a 100% believer in them and will be purchasing more jewelry in the future. "
