"I bought three pair 1ct, 1/2ct and a 1/4ct. back in 2016. Just went to the Jewelers today to see if they were real. Low and be hold they are not diamonds. They are called Moissanite. They are a gemstones and still look real but still are not diamonds like they said. I gave two reviews stating how great they look and how nice customer services was. My mistake!!!!! I hope this helps any one that bought from DIAMONDSSTUDS4LESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

The refused to return my money, return calls and emails. It took forever but the credit card company returned the double charge. But I got to thinking. If they wouldn't return my money perhaps they were all not so honest. Well known and reputable jewelry store confirmed the "diamond studs" were in fact Moissanite, High quality Moissanite but not diamonds and worth less than half what I paid. This is being written so long after since the website closed down for sometime. Now they are back - beware they are criminals. "
"My story is similar to others. I ordered 1 ct diamond earrings for my daughter, we had them insured and she lost one. We sent the other to the insurance company to be matched to find out that they were actually cubic zirconias. The gemological report was a fraud and so is the company. They should be shut down."
"Why haven’t the Attorney Generals for New York, Texas and Nevada shut them down? They sold us two sets of diamond studs on two different occasions that are cubic zirconia. We just had a reputable jeweler inform us on March 22, 2018 that these are fakes. If you have purchased from them go get your alleged diamonds checked. We need a class action lawsuit against these people. They are frauds. They are sending appraisals from Independent Gemological Services, Katy, Texas. We purchased one set January 2016 and another January 2017. Get the word out. They also have a company called Jeweler Direct Corp."
"I ordered 1 cttw diamond studs. Received a lab certificate from Independent Gemological Services a few days before, looked legit too, but was not. This gemological place doesn't even exist! Two jewelers verified these stones as cubic zirconias, Diamondstuds4less is selling fakes and should be shut down. The refunded my money very quickly after I disputed on my credit card and opened up a BBB complaint, so what does that tell you? If they were real stones they sent me, they'd have fought to prove it."
"Ordered 3/9/11. Received about week later. very nice diamond studs, very nice price, but not what i wanted. Decided not to keep and returned 3/21/11 with the required RMA and insurance and proof of delivery, etc. Exchanged a couple of phone calls and emails with Mr. Loos. He told me credit was issued on 3/30, then again a week later told me he would check on credit.
I finally placed this in dispute with credit card co. As of today 4/27/11, I still don't have the credit on my account and Mr. Loos no longer responds to his emails. We are talking about $4,300!
Not cool and will never order from again!
Update: The merchant is now lying to the credit card company stating that i still want to purchase from them. He has my money and the earrings. it has been 2 months.
THIS MERCHANT IS A CROOK. STAY AWAY. I am filing a complaint with Texas Attorney General and already filed a complaint with BBB."
