"I did have an issue where they supposedly recharged 2 China Unicom SIMs but once I go to China they didn't work. It turns out they expired and I didn't know. The company did refund my money in a reasonable amount of time, that's why I'm giving them 5 stars.

I do wish they could have detected that the SIMs were expired at the beginning to have prevented this in the first place.

I did use them later from China to recharge a new China Unicom SIM and the service worked great."
