"TBH, I actually signed onto a different website in order to take advantage of Golden's major semi-annual sale of acrylic paint. However, the site was so frustrating, slow, and error-prone that I clicked off in disgust and searched for a different vendor. Found Blick, and in a few simple clicks, ended up buying several hundred dollars worth of product. Thank you, web masters. Blick apparently realizes the difference you make to their sales! But it all would've been for naught if the company hadn't followed up the sales with excellent notifications re the speedy delivery of my orders. Lastly, the way in which the tubes of paint and brushes were packaged so that they arrived in perfect condition means that Blick is now my absolute go-to place for all of my artist supplies.

"My gallon size LG-11 glaze was delivered with the rest of my order but the lid had been shattered in transit. Customer Service responded quickly and politely. I received a new cap for the glaze and I'm quite pleased with the response. Thanks Customer Service."
"Upon a friend's recommendation I ordered 4 bags of Pottery plaster for mold making. I received a broken box with leaking plaster. My friend said that her box was fine and that the plaster she received was double bagged, The plaster that I received was in a single bag. The weight of the plaster in the flimsy box caused the plaster to leak slightly from the bags as it was being shipped. In the empty space those plastic pillows were used which by the time they arrived were deflated due to the weight of the plaster.
I am ok with the product but would recommend a better protocol for shipping heavy plaster.
