"TBH, I actually signed onto a different website in order to take advantage of Golden's major semi-annual sale of acrylic paint. However, the site was so frustrating, slow, and error-prone that I clicked off in disgust and searched for a different vendor. Found Blick, and in a few simple clicks, ended up buying several hundred dollars worth of product. Thank you, web masters. Blick apparently realizes the difference you make to their sales! But it all would've been for naught if the company hadn't followed up the sales with excellent notifications re the speedy delivery of my orders. Lastly, the way in which the tubes of paint and brushes were packaged so that they arrived in perfect condition means that Blick is now my absolute go-to place for all of my artist supplies.

So now I'm waiting for these items to be shipped to me so that I can pay more to ship them to their recipient. And I still don't know when they will arrive. "Prices overall (especially sales) and selection are tops. But when I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife, the delivery date given was Dec. 25, which made no sense (no one in the IS makes regular deliveries on Christmas!)
Sure enough, the day after, I checked the site for delivery status and it said January 3rd. No delivery. I checked again and the item was “on reorder” and moved up another week! How would they not know it wasn’t available when I ordered it? They need a better inventory management system. And a better treatment of customers."
