"TBH, I actually signed onto a different website in order to take advantage of Golden's major semi-annual sale of acrylic paint. However, the site was so frustrating, slow, and error-prone that I clicked off in disgust and searched for a different vendor. Found Blick, and in a few simple clicks, ended up buying several hundred dollars worth of product. Thank you, web masters. Blick apparently realizes the difference you make to their sales! But it all would've been for naught if the company hadn't followed up the sales with excellent notifications re the speedy delivery of my orders. Lastly, the way in which the tubes of paint and brushes were packaged so that they arrived in perfect condition means that Blick is now my absolute go-to place for all of my artist supplies.

"My order was somehow delayed so I contacted Blick Art Materials to inquire about the status. Kristina was immediately apologetic and instigated a replacement order. Two days later my original order was delivered! I immediately fired off an email to halt the replacement order. Madison informed me that I was too late to halt shipment of the replacement order and to just keep both sets or donate one set.
I was so impressed with Kristina’s and Madison’s prompt and courteous responses I ordered $150 worth of product as a way to reward them for their professionalism in this matter. It is my hope that **** Blick’s Art Materials sees this review and rewards their efforts with more tangible benefits.

"I ordered frames in two separate orders and both shipments took over 10 days to arrive. When they did arrive and I opened the boxes, the frames were not individually wrapped and all 3 were filthy. Once cleaned, there were marks or scratches on all. I even received the wrong frame in one of the shipments. This particular shipment is being taken care of by shipping me a new frame. The other two frames I need to return before having new ones shipped to me. I don’t have time to wait for this process so I’m repainting the frames myself. After this long explanation, my experience wasn’t the best. At least the last damaged frame is being replaced which gives me hope for perhaps giving them another chance. "

The person I spoke with connected me with the product manager who identified the actual product and connected me with an associate who could place an expedited order for me.
