"Customer service is abysmal. If you have any questions, you get a generic response. Since the generic response won't answer every scenario, asking follow-up questions is usually pointless as they either provide a snippy retort or they just ignore you altogether. I made my first-ever purchase at dickies.com and it will also be my last."
"Mixed Feelings. Had a few orders from them during their clearance sales. 2 of 3 orders were fine and a good deal. The other one came a defective heavy jacket that had bleach spots and had a rip from some garment machine.
Since it was heavy, they made me pay shipping to return it, which cost almost as much as the jacket and then they said that they would only give a refund minus the shipping (to send it to me).
So I paid for the jacket and shipping twice and only got a partial refund and no jacket.
It also took many calls to even get the refund minus shipping (x2) back to my card."
