"They sent an Email on order. Among other things it said my card would not be charged until they shipped. My card was charged two days after I placed the order. I tried to get the shipping data they talked about but it is impossible to telephone or email this outfit. I'm worried about my $203.90 charge."

"They stole my money!!! They send me a broken diecast airplane and they refused to accept the return and refund of the item. Also, they modify the description of the product in their website saying that they sold a broken airplane. Who wants to buy a broken airplane?

"This was my first purchase from DiecastAirplane.com and will definitely buy from them again. So here is what happened, I placed my order, it shipped next day, USPS lost it, Steve from DiecastAirplane was very helpful and after trying to get USPS to find our package with no success, he sent us a replacement free of charge! I filed a claim for them so hopefully they get a refund from USPS and wont lose money... I will definitely recommend DiecastAirplane to others!"
