"I had absolutely no idea what I was doing when I started and I ended up with a professional looking book. The entire staff was super helpful throughout the entire process. I will definitely be working with them again."
"They were super easy to work with and the advice they gave made the job go very smoothly. The finished product was great. I plan to send them all my print jobs."
"The service was excellent! The tutorial videos were very, very helpful and guided me through the process very well. The pricing was very clear and gave an accurate estimate of the cost. I was graciously alerted to the fact that one of the files I uploaded was the wrong format and I was able to quickly correct it. The finished project looked great and I know my family will so enjoy receiving these books this Christmas."
"The speed and quality of work was more than I expected "
"I was very pleased with everything, great help throughout the process, fast delivery, thanks."
"We published a book and were preparing for a large Christmas expo. As first-time book authors we didn't realize it took so long for KDP Amazon to ship out author's copies. We ordered author's copies for the expo as soon as we published but wasn't certain if the order would arrive on time so we looked for quicker back-up options to ensure we had some books at the expo.
After some research we determined DiggyPOD was the best option for us. I went through their process of uploading the manuscript and cover, being certain to follow the rules set out prior to submission, as well as use their free service which checks the manuscript and cover before submitting for approval.
Our book has a lot of free text and pictures, some of which came very close to or fell outside the lines. I emailed DiggyPOD letting them know that we wanted that and if they rejected the initial submission, we would not have time to print an order so to please allow it if at all possible. They emailed back saying they would due to our request and we ordered right away.
DiggyPOD sent emails every time the books moved to a new step in production, all the way up to "they're shipped!". I found those email update touches very helpful in managing my expectations.
The books arrived as projected and even better than we expected. The print was perfect, which is saying a lot as the book was black, white, and grayscale. We had learned by then that KDP's proofs were unpredictable - sometimes perfect, sometimes way too light. DiggyPOD printed exactly what we submitted.
In the end, the KDP order didn't even make it in time. They stopped the order after two weeks saying they wanted us to update our payment method, which was one week after we were receiving email updates from them saying it was printed and "on its way". Needless to say, we cancelled that KDP order as we didn't need it for the expo any longer.
In the end, our decision to do back-up printing through DiggyPOD allowed us to have our books available at the expo to show and sell. We are BIG FANS of DiggyPOD and will be using them again in the future!

"I was printing a book for someone else, which requires communication from me to this person. They decided to do some extra editing, then was stuck for a month…. All told it took over a year to bring the book to print. Doggy Pod stuck with us in the process."
"My experiences with Diggy POD have been excellent and I highly recommend them. Their employees are outstanding in all they do, and their products are worthy of my highest compliments, but at every delivery of books by Fed Ex, there has been damage to the shipping boxes that resulted in damage to multiple books in some or many of the boxes. That is not the fault of Diggy POD, and, at each time, they have replaced the damaged books in short order. But the amount of damage requires me to photograph representative damage and to examine each book for an accurate claim to the insurance company representing Fed EX. My orders have been for 200 to 500 books each time, and the damage requires several hours of my time at each delivery, which is time wasted for me. Then there is the wasted time and materials for Diggy Pod while they deal with my claim. Perhaps distance is a factor because Diggy POD is located in Michigan, and I am located in Northwest Montana, but care in handling by Fed EX would solve the problem, however, they do not seem to care.

"You guys did a great job. I had plenty of time for editing and my book is great and well received"
"On time, wonderful response from staff, result better than I'd hoped"
"You were prompt and the quality was very good."
"A very positive experience. I appreciate the publishing tools provided. It helped the cover and interior come out just right. The quality of publication was excellent. I would recommend speaking with a representative before submitting your final draft. They gave some good tips to help the publication to look professional; placing the page number at the center of the page for example. The one down side is the cost for small quantities. Although they are very competitive with their pricing, the price per book cost of printing is more than I can reasonably market the book. It might be nice if they had a digital solution to offer as well."
"After a considerable number of hours searching the internet for a company that would print my book (a memoir to my family) without the need to publish, I found DiggyPOD. Comparing this company to similar others, I found it to meet my needs the best. It did not disappoint! I found the instructions very useful and clear, and I especially appreciated the videos that showed exactly how to create and format my pdf file for printing. I did not have a single glitch in the entire process, and the end result (a hardbound book with many colored and bw photos) met and exceeded my expectations. I made sure the book cover photos were 300 dpi, so they came out superbly. As for the photos within the text, I was a bit concerned how they would turn out, as most were below 300 dpi (96 and 72 dpi). So when I was sent my draft copy (which was $40 well spent), I was very happy with the resolution of those photos. I've already recommended DiggyPOD to members of my family and others. I could not have been more pleased with the whole process. From beginning to end, the whole process took about 2 weeks, which made it possible to give the books to my family over the Thanksgiving vacation. So all in all, a truly rewarding experience!! And a big thanks to those friendly customer service folks who answered my questions so promptly and concisely."
"It has been a dream of mine for a long time to put the letters my father wrote home during his service in WW II in a book for my kids and grandchildren. After 8 months of typing 178,000 words, too many weeks researching how to get it printed without wanting it sold to the public, then 4 months working with a formatter and a graphic artist for the covers, then speaking with your staff who answered my confused and uniformed questions with kindness and understanding made it a reality.
The easiest part of this endeavor was working with your staff who printed books that made me cry when I saw them. They were delivered quicker and of better quality than I expected. When my kids open them Christmas day will be the culmination of my efforts, and you are a huge part in making it happen.
Thank you for printing a cherished family heirloom.
