"I purchased an Xd Picture Card. Item was shipped fast - I received it less than a week after the order. However, they shipped a completely different item (a type H card instead of a regular one) than what was advertised on the site (they claimed it was a free upgrade, but if that were true then they would have advertised it as such to get more sales - they really just shipped whatever they happened to have on hand). I contacted them and had to ship the item back at my expense (about $3.50). They received it four days ago and still have not contacted me, or issued a refund. I would not do business with them again - Poor communication and inaccurate product description. Even if I do get a refund, I’m still out $3.50 and I wasted two weeks and may not get a card in time for my vacation. Not worth doing business with, a waste of time.

"I was building a PC and I found cheap RAM on their website. I ordered what was advertised as 1GB DDR400 RAM. When it arrived, there was a white label attached to the RAM module saying it was 1GB DDR400 RAM. When I installed it on my PC, it turned out to be 512 MB. I tried it on 3 other computers, they all recognized it as 512 MB. I emailed to let them know that they had sold me mislabeled RAM. Before I returned it to them, I made sure to write down the model number written on the RAM chip itself, which was N2DS51240AF-6K (For more info on the model number I looked up go to http://www.elixir-memory.com/sup_name_rul_1.asp and find out for yourself). The brand written on the chip was Elixir. So I looked up the naming rule on the Elixir website and sure enough, it was 512 MB DDR RAM, and NOT 1GB RAM. They told be to get a refund instead of an exchange, claiming there was a compatibility issue. I knew it was getting nowhere so I decided to accept the refund, even though they charge a restocking fee and even though they were at fault. I knew they were lying so I pointed out the model number and the fact that I had proof that what they had sold me was 512 MB RAM. So after the fact, they replied by saying “We will confirm with our manager of the warehouse and get back to you.” They have as yet to email me about it. I got my refund, minus the restocking fee. I am definitely not buying from them again."
"Everything went smoothly. I ordered a 128 MB TransFlash / Micro SD card and I received it 2 days later. Like many others here, I also noted that I was a resellerratings member so they paid a little extra attention to me. I had no need for customer service and thus have no standing to describe that for you.
I, however, was not very impressed by the packaging. It was as though an individual running a business out of his home had done it (bubble-wrapped brown envelope with 5 or 6 packing peanuts in it, and a printed, poorly folded invoice. However, the shipping was free, so as long as they get the job done, I think it's fine."
