"This is what I learned from 7 orders I placed to Digi4me.com. My invoice numbers are :
digi4me-75742, digi4me-75488, digi4me-53806, digi4me-53501, digi4me-53278, digi4me-53210, digi4me-50973. Last 4 attempts out of 7 are canceled orders.

When they says "limit 5" on inexpensive/low margin items, that means "limit 1".
When you choose "free shipping" in conjunction with inexpensive/low margin items, you're likely to get a canceled order.

The bottom line is - if you don't want to spend three days waiting for nothing, you better buy your memory from chiefvalue.com or newegg.com.

For about $10 more, you get better quality memory modules (without 30% restocking fee for incompatible systems) within 3 days.

"This is a complaint concerning advertizing, not a purchase. They advertise high-density ram at rock-bottom prices on pricewatch and then try to sell you low-density once you get to the website."

"The merchant sent me the wrong items, at a small price difference, but refused to pay for return shipping. Instead "Susan" insisted that I RMA the items instead.

I told them I would not pay for return shipping and have heard no further response.

Basically, I believe that they substituted shorter cables on purpose to make up their cost on their coupon for "free" shipping, believing that the Customer would just eat it rather than hassle with the return.

"Overall, not bad, especially for the price. When ordering, keep in mind that they, like other merchants, overshoot the shipping time in order to cover their asses in case something goes wrong. My 1-3 days to ship and 7-9 days to be delivered turned to 5 days total.

There were two problems:

1) No shipping/status information is provided, either by e-mail or on their website. Once you've made your order, you won't know anything about it until it arrives at your door/mailbox.

2) I got the wrong item. I specifically asked for a USB 1.1 flash drive because I don't have a USB 2 card. Of course, I received a USB 2 flash drive (which is still compatible). In this case, I didn't mind the upgrade, but in other cases, the small difference might be trouble."
