"I ordered a digital camera as a Christmas gift from this site. They called me to confirm my order and told me that my item would be shipped the following Monday and would arrive in time for Christmas. The following Tuesday (4 days before Christmas), I received another call informing me that the camera was out of stock and could not be shipped. They offered to sell me another camera for over $300 more than the camera I had purchased! This company is shady and rude. Do not do business with them!"

"I tried to purchase the SONY DCR-HC40 which said it was in stock on their website, but it was actually not in stock. I called to confirm and discovered this. The site still says that it is in stock though."
