"Digisoft founded by Matt DeLong in 2001. In 2003 it became Sum Effect Software. The company became Core Commerce and has not supported Digishop in 3 years. We used to deal with Nick McDuffie when we bought the product. The deal was that we also "got the code" as part of the purchase, so my programmer has developed the product independently since 2004. We have added a huge amount of customization for two websites (www.dube.com is my primary business). It worked out well for us because no ecommerce package can do what we need. Even speaking to a sales rep at Volusion recently, I was told that some of our product customizing could not be done.
Perhaps by contacting Core Commerce, one could get the code or some kind of resolution. Hope this helps.

I've tried getting a hold of these people several time and they have no phone number, everything is by their online form fill. I myself thinks the inquiries go straight to trash. I also think those who rated it 5 stars after everyone else gives only a 1 star is done by Digisoft. Do not trust, they are liars and thieves selling false keys and stolen software.

They said that DigiSoft gave me an invalid product key. After many attempts, the company has not responded. The 1800 number on their computer support page is not operational. Do not buy from Digisoft."

"Our company bought 20 Office 2010 Professional Plus licenses from this company. The licenses were not valid. Digisoft gave us replacement keys and it was for Office 2010 Professional and none of these keys are valid. It has been a week and no response to my emails. Their website is down.
