"i wanted to download windows. so i put in my credit card info and they say "allow up to one hour for processing" that was sunday. on monday morning, having still not received my second email, i call them and they say that the little popup i clicked through was actually a critical verification step without which i can't get my download. why did they tell me the order had gone through? so we verify the credit card number, i get my email. the email contains a link to a download page. i download from that link and i get... a pdf with another link. this link goes to another download page and this time i get my software. i start installing it and realize that where i should see a serial number i have the word "ERROR". It took me hours to reach them by phone because they are in another time zone and don't begin answering phones until 10:00AM their time (noon my time). I was days behind schedule getting this software. Yes, they were cheap. Yes, I got the software. No, I would not order from them again."
