"I've been using Digisoft for well over a year ... until their site went down for maintenance without so much as an email notification. Their phone line has also been disconnected by ring-central. The business was great while it lasted, but their customer service was always a bit on the abrupt side of things, and obviously them closing up shop this quick with no notification means they're not coming back or there was an issue a long time coming."
