"Extremely disappointed with topping up my mobile wifi. Paid 300 tt dollars for my top up. Cannot get my device reactivated to use the internet. I tried the online digicel top up feature to select a data plan with the money I paid, but the dialog box that says 'buy now' for each of the options was missing!
I visited the digicel sales outlet where I bought the device. They made a phone call to some supervisor at Digicel, then told me that it would be reactivated in one hour. Three days have passed and it is still not reactivated. I tried using www.selfcare.digiceltt.com to have the device activated, but that led to further frustration. This is really shameful service, and I do not know what else to do next, except to cut my losses and purchase a competitors mobile wifi device. And hope for the best. Shame on you Digicel !!

"I live in the USA and use my digital cell phone only when I am in Trinidad and Tobago which is about 2 months give or take a little, each year. I accumulate too much credit because online, from away you can only top up with a minimum of $80TT and NOW that is only valid for 4 months instead of 6 which it used to be. Originally I could top up for about $30TT and that did not expire for 6 months. Probably I will have to choose some other method of communication.
