"I wanted to upgrade my system from a dual-core processor to a quad-core. Rather than going to the hassle and expense of upgrading the motherboard, processor and memory I looked up the fastest processor my three year old motherboard would support. When I started shopping around for the new processor I discovered that this particular model had been recently discontinued and available stock had all but dried up. Digiconcepts located one for me at one of their suppliers, supposedly the last one, and for a decent price. Needless to say, I was very happy. You just don't get that kind of service with the larger retailers. Normally I try to shop at the same group of retailers based on past good experiences but tried Digiconcepts for the first time in trying to locate this processor. I will definitely add them to my list of retailers and buy from them again. From their high ratings I can see that my good experience with them isn't unique."

"Digiconcepts filled my order promptly, and it arrived on time. They also did an excellent job packing it. To my surprise, the computer chassis I ordered was shipped inside a second box, not just its retail packaging. I have no doubt that is the reason it arrived in perfect condition.

My regular sources for computer parts did not carry the PC chassis I wanted, and I shopped for one at a lot of other websites before deciding to purchase from Digiconcepts. Most suppliers (including ones I have used in the past) did not offer double boxing for computer cases, or charged extra for that service.

Double-boxing computer cases provides some insurance against the rough handling typical of most delivery services, and knowing it is standard might make a difference to some shoppers. I can't tell you how many complaints I saw in reviews at one website about cases shipped in their retail box arriving with bent panels or broken plastic parts.

I wrote an email to Digiconcept's to thank them, and received a reply stating that this service is provided on all case shipments except when there are over 15 cases, and then they go out retail boxed on a pallet. "

We have been buying computer parts from Digiconcepts for around four years now. Every product that we've bought has been in very good condition. We've never had a serious problem with any of their products and never had to make a return (which is Rare). We always receive our orders on a timely basis and they are received in good order. When we contact them for technical advice about a product, the staff is always very friendly knowledgeable and supportive.
Digiconcepts is our primary source for computer parts and for good reason. All in all, I give them a FIVE out of FIVE star rating.
