"This company's customer service is UNBELIEVABLE. Companies like this one - small or large - could really revive the customer service industry with it's diligence and accommodating posture.
I placed an order for quantity 2 heatsinks but it turned out that they only had one of them and it's been discontinued by Thermaltake. (CP-P0314. We all know how hard it is to find 4.1" heatsinks for AMD's socket F/1207...)
They were actually smart enough to withhold charging my credit card and contacted me quickly about it. Even during a severe server malfunction that destroyed their running configuration, they still made time to maintain their customers. (Lori HAD TO HAVE BEEN working overtime and then some. Probably losing sleep. I was receiving emails at 2:00 AM about my order! Not kidding.)
She gave me time to pan out my options but let me know that she had the Dynatron A84G heatsinks in stock and would have them out the next day if I were to choose them.
Well it literally is the only option, so I went ahead. They're already being shipped! She also gave extra perks to my order for the trouble... (I won't say what, though. I wouldn't want everyone else out there to expect the same things.)
Anyway... I'm a picky SOB and I don't play games. I have astringent requirements and even higher customer service standards. This all looks very good. I appreciate their diligence. They have what SO MANY companies out there lack in customer service. PLEASE don't lose that. I've been SO DISGUSTED with the industry as a whole... Even in the company I work for. Ugh
This company... Little-known... They exceeded those standards.
They're in my bookmarks and I'll be loitering on their website when I need things. :)

"A very long story written short. I thought it would be a wonderful project for my grandson and I to build a PC. With no prior experience I watched a few youtube videos and it did not look to complicated. We received all our parts from Digiconcepts and began the project. This is where I soon realized that maybe this wasn't such a good idea :) As I previously mentioned, to make a long story short, Digiconcepts and especially Michael spent countless hours helping us complete this project. One evening, Michael helped me until 2am. With that said, my grandson and I..... no wait... I completed the project. "I ordered ten Microsoft optical mice from digiconcepts early on 6-18-09. I received a confirmation email saying they had gotten the order. It is late on 6-23-09 and I still don't have a tracking number or any other evidence that my item has shipped. Digiconcepts has charged my credit card for the full amount of the order. They have not communicated with me in any way since their initial email telling me they received my order. I have left multiple phone messages and emails, but these have been ignored. If I don't get a reply with a tracking number by Thursday I will have no choice but the contact my Visa card company and initiate a charge back. I shall also report Digiconcepts to the BBB. If I am given a tracking number today or tomorrow I will edit this review.

Just got my tracking number and the items have shipped. If they are exactly what I ordered I will upgrade my rating to a three.

Got the mice and although the interior packaging was a bit dinged up and taped over the mice appear to be in good shap and exactly what I ordered.

"Received order quickly but wrong model number. Requested a refund. Digiconcepts not only issued me a 100% refund but also included an extra $10.00 for the inconvenience and sent me a pre-paid return shipping label.
I receied my refund today.

"I brought a sidewinder mouse with indicated "Brand new, factory sealed" packaging and also indicating that the package would include at least the "mouse, and weights." The page also said that the scroll wheel and side button would be made of metals, and the mouse have a LCD display. They end up sending me a sidewinder X5 mouse wrapped up in clear plastic bag, and obviously its the wrong mouse they sent me as i dont receive any weights, and the mouse dont have lcd display or metal side buttons and scroll wheels. Even the part number "K7A-00004" on the website indicated that they should be selling the original sidewinder mouse not the X5 mouse they sent me.
After i posted the review, on the following day(Sunday) Lori replied to apologize on their mistake and offered to buy the correct mouse from elsewhere and send it back to me, and also send me a shipping label to send the wrong product back. on June 24th i got my mouse back, finally the right model received.
