"Hi, After purchasing an external blu-ray burner I had a few problems. I contacted DIGISTOR by email and wish to congratulate them on their quick reply, and discovering that the item was faulty no questions asked, DIGISTOR replaced the item, (from USA to AUSTRALIA) by Fedex international PRIORITY, and I received it in a matter of days.
I have no hesitation in recommending Digistor for their quality products and after sales service.
By the way, I purchased a DIG-78102 Blu-Ray burner for my Macbook Pro Retina (which doesn't have a DVD drive) and it works perfectly. I will also be using it on my iMac 27" when it arrives as these also have NO burner.

"I've recently bought a 10 pack of Digistor 50 GB discs. 3 discs worked great and 2 discs have failed while doing my work backup. Digistor's Customer Service contacted me about this issue and they have been great support and help to prevent burn failures again. Customer Service Rep sent me a 5pk discs at no additional charge. In the meantime I'm using a different burning software and these Blu-Ray discs are performing very well as expected, now I'm happy. Great product, fast shipping.
