"Worst online experience ever! BUYERS BEWARE!SCAMMERS!
I originally found this seller, oneclickdigital.com, through pricescan.com, a price comparison site.
I placed an online order on 2/21/06 for one Sony DSC M2 for $369.00 U.S.D. plus $14.90 s&h. When I had not received any order confirmation the next day I called their 1-800 customer service #.
The sales rep then explained to me an extended service plan for 5 years
that included "accidental damage, theft and loss with no deductiable" for an additional $149.99. I specifically asked who the plan was from and he said "direct from sony". When I doublechecked on this plan on their site after hanging up it was not described as he stated. I also checked the sony site and that plan does not exist. I called back immediately to double check to see if there was any misunderstanding and he very rudely told me it WAS as he had explained and what a good deal I was getting and hung up. I called back first thing the next morning (2/23) and stated that I wanted to cancel the order completely and was told I could not because it had already been shipped .
Since then I have emailed customer service several times and called back repeatedly as well as checking the shipping status at their site. There was no tracking number and I have only rec'd one email response saying the tracking info would update by sunday 2/26 (I was originally told it would update in 24 hours on 2/23when I tried to cancel)
Each time I call I get the same person, once I asked for a customer service manager & was told to call back in one hour when I called back the very same person told me that they were the owner of the company and repeated the exact same line about the great deal I was getting before hanging up.
There have been other customer complaints posted about this same company on the pricerunner site since my purchase date stating similar incidents. There were also claims that this same company is operating under 4-5 other names. I went to the site of one of these other names listed, a Circuit Digital and I called their 1-800 sales number. When the sales rep answered all they said was “Can I help you?” without stating any company name. I then asked if I had reached oneclickdigital and was told yes I had. Then I asked the rep. if it was also Circuit Digital and was immediately told to please hold. I was on hold for ten minutes before I hung up and called back. I inquired again which company I had reached and was transferred. The next person tried to tell me that they had never heard of Circuit Digital even thought that was the # I had called, not the one on my invoice from oneclickdigital.com. They also have the EXACT same customer service email address. I can go to any of these sites and log on to the "my account" page wuth the email address and password I created at oneclickdigital and all of my info and the exact same order # come up.
Only after I emailed their customer service and stated that I would be reporting them for fraud did I get any response. I then explained that since the plan they sold me was bogus , I wanted the $149.99 charge for it removed and was told that I would have to wait until the package arrived because the plan was “in the box” and they don’t have the invoice # needed to refund. Then after several minutes of arguing they gave me a tracking number from U.S.P.S. ( I was told it would be shipped FedEx Priority when I paid) When I went to the U.S.P.S. website the number came up as invalid on the track and confirm search.

"I ordered from these scam artists after being assured the Canon SD500 was a US warranted unit. I too received a phone call requesting I order a warranty, battery, etc.
I later suggested cancelling the order (multiple times) only to be told the order had shipped on Jan 25. I asked for a tracking number but was told they only had a signature required #.

I was told all their inventory shipped from Loma Linda CA, not from Brooklyn.

Finally after weeks of hassle and American Express holding the charge, the unit arrived on Feb 7, shipped on Feb 6!! From Brooklyn (G&S Time Pieces, obviously another front for these thieves. The camera was a grey-market camera and they continued to lie about the warranty I had purchased, the type of warranty.

Last - they offered to refund all but the cost of the camera if I shipped everything back and then ship me a US camera. I shipped it back and they said they would pay for return shipping.

In today's email they said: We will no longer be shipping out another order until new payment arrangements are made. Since you need this order in a expedited manner we recommend finding another source.

TRUST NOTHING THEY SAY.

"I placed the order online and on the next business day they called me to try to sell me an extended warranty and other unnecessary items I didn't need or want. Then at the end of the call she happened to mention that my digital camera would be shipped in about 3 weeks. 3 weeks!? It turns out they didn't have it in stock, but they failed to mention this."

"This company is a scam. After placing my order they called to "Verify" my order. They then started pushing accessories and warranties on me that I didn't want. After they went back and forth with me I said ok, and hung up. THEN after thinking about it, I didn't want any of it. They ended up being more expensive than my local dealer with tax. So I called them back to cancel my order, (here is where it gets good).

So, I call them back to cancel my order and they try and tell me that there is a 25% cancellation fee. WHAT?? They were going to charge me almost $900 to cancel my order on a "$2500" camera. I had just talked to someone less than 5 minutes ago. THEN, the guy lowers the cancellation charge down to $330. I tell him that I'm not going to pay anything, and his response was: "If I don't receive a western union tracking number for this amount by 5:00PM today it will be charged to your card, if you dispute this charge we will send your account to a collection agency."

WTF?? they wanted me to send them a western union tracking number for a bogus cancellation charge? Are you kidding me!!

The retailer is one of many scams that seem to be operating in the Brooklyn NY area and needs to be shut down. All the positive reviews that you see for them they probably paid someone for. I've reported them to the better business bureau, and hope that they will be shut down. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They lure you in with their "low prices" then will change the order so they make more money. Total bait and switch company, and i wouldn't ever order from them again.

"I had a very poor experience with DigitalFuze.com

I ordered a Canon Powershot a620. Received a call stating they needed to verify my address. Tried to sell me accessories- I didn't buy. Said they would ship 10-15 days. Called today to check on order. They told me it had been cancelled, that they didn't stock the product. They did not inform me the had cancelled my order until I called. According to other comment I have read regarding them, it seems they only sell if you buy the accessories, and leave you hanging in the wind if you don't buy. Beware!!!

"Advertized price can't be beat.Cannnon 20D digital camera. Is it too good to be true? I have ordered from other internet stores like this one, had some good results, had some not so good. I'm always looking for the ultimate bargain. Next day received a call like other internet site trying to sell more items. Very low pressure, which was good. Said it will be shipped and I should receive it within so many days. It's been 2 week since I ordered, and I have yet to receive my item ordered, or a call. They have not cancelled my order yet. Have e-mailed them with no results. I have read this review site, as many of you have. The reviews were so mixed, I said what the heck let me give it a shot. The item order still shows on their site. Actually it shows on their site with a different amount. If they don't have it, are they just changing the cost to show that they have this item, who knows. I always give credit where it is due, but can't give any credit yet since nothing is happening. Would like to beleive that this store is legit, but is slowing giving up hope. If they come through, I would be the first to change my review. As of now, if you are like me, and always looking for a bargin, I would say go somewhere else. This store seems to be one that can talk the talk but can't do the walk. This store is so common with other internet stores in the way they try to sell you things. Some perform with hard sale talks, trying to sell you other items, which is o.k. if they can perform. Others try to sell you the accessories, and if you don't buy them, by magic the items become back ordered. This store, I don't know if they just don't care, if they just hope you go away, or if they are just slow. They don't let you know if they are going to deleiver the item or not. This can be very stressful for the average person. I been known to have the patient of a saint If you are not willing to give it a chance, and want your item right away, this site is not for you. Good luck on your search for the best price you can get. If I recive the item ordered I will update.

Store acts as a legit store. Gets back to you with no pressure, but have yet to receive ordered item. Great price on item ordered, but have no response on order.
Cons
Conformation page looks great, but I don't beleive it works. Shipping is never updated, credit card is never charged. If the item is received, I would be the first to rewrite this review. Not holding my breath, but will wait and see.

"I ordered a Nikon Coolpix 8800, along with all accessories on 10/03/04. I was told everything was in stock and would be shipped immediately. Two weeks later I called to inquire as to when the items were shipped, and was told they went out as soon as the order was placed; however, they said the Post Office told them delivery could take 4-6 weeks because I have an APO address. I was told to be patient, and if I hadn't received the camera after 6 weeks that I should let them know. After 5 weeks, I emailed to get the exact date of shipping and was given the "run-around". I received a phone call the same night (midnight here), asking why I hadn't inquired earlier, as the items were shipped when ordered and they were now getting concerned. They said the problem was that they had not filled out a customs form at the Post Office, and the accessories that were (supposedly) originally shipped on 3 Oct didn't go out until 9 Nov. Amazingly I received the accessories in 6 days (not 6 weeks!). Unfortunately, I am still waiting for my camera. I've sent numerous emails and called at least a dozen times, and have been told everything from "we shipped out 2 cameras, haven't you received either of them???", to "that camera is being discontinued and we can't get another one". I expected a form from the Post Office concerning the 2 cameras that were already shipped, but to my amazement the Post Office is supposedly paying the insurance without tracing the shipment or doing an inquiry. I asked for an authorization number to return the accessories that I cannot use without the camera, and was told they would try to "find a camera". Amazingly, once again, they "found" a camera the next day (Dec 13th), and said they'd ship it immediately........I still do not have the camera and cannot get an authorization number to return the accessories.
It's taken so long to get this camera that the price has gone down since I originally ordered it. I will never order from DigitalFuze again, and would not recommend it to anyone.

"Beware! They hold your order (Canon Powershot SD450) until they get "phone confirmation", which is really just a ploy to pressure you into addtional items/accessories. They assure during this call that your order has processed and will be shipped right away. Website tracking information under "My Account" does not work; only opens up a new browser window of the previous page viewed. After not receiving the item after 2 weeks and not being able to check it's status online, I call to get the tracking number. I was told they will email me the tracking information. After no email for over 24 hrs., I call back for a possible resend of the email and to verify correct email address. Rudely, I was told "MAM, YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED, HAVE A NICE DAY!" I respond, "What?" The CSR repeated herself in the same rude, stern manner and added, "OK?". I started to say, "No, it's not okay, I just spoke with someone last week who said my order was being shipped", but she rudely cut me off repeating herself again & hung up on me. I wait a few hours to let the shock wear off & call to speak with a supervisor. "Why?!" said the CSR. I said I had a problem with my order & was spoke to very rudely on the phone. I was then transferred to a manager. He said that my order "was fine", there's nothing wrong with it, "it hasn't been canceled" & that he will email me the tracking #. I ask him when I should expect to receive the email, as the last one promised was never received. He said "within 24 hrs.". I get the email right away which says my order was canceled, gave me a new order # & says to cancel that order if it is time sensitive. Looking on the website today (12/15), the camera is still listed as "available". I made several attemps to contact the company to get the street address and names of mangers or owners or anyone substantial in the company, without luck. I was given an invalid address when I stated that I needed it for a report to the Better Business Buruea (which I did follow up on and file 12/14/05).

NEVER GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO THIS COMPANY! THEY ALSO HAVE OTHER NAMES SUCH AS Best Buy Digital, a.k.a. Circuit Digital, d.b.a. circuitdigital.com, sourcefordigital.com, oneclickdigital.com, a.k.a. Digital Fuze

On December 20, 2005, I receive a phone call from this company, also claiming themselves as "One Click Digital". They ask if I was the one who wrote the online review, and I honestly replied "Yes, and I also reported you to the Better Business Bureau and the New York State Attorney General's Office". They then go on to claim they had mailed my camera, but it was sent back to them (lie), and they had "my package right here". They went on to say that they were going to ship me the camera, and a bunch of additional items including a tripod and a cleaning cloth, and were going to charge my credit card for everything. I firmly stated that I already had confirmation that I canceled my order and that I DO NOT want them to send it to me, nor anything else, and that my credit card would not be charged as it was already canceled. "Why are you such a B****?", replied the rude man from DigitalFuze. I was in shock that I was being spoken to that way by a company from which I tried to give business to. I said, What?" in disbelief and then confirmed that what I heard was really what he said. I also asked him to confirm that he was with this company, which he did. I said, "Well, that's great because this call is being recorded, and it will be turned over to the police immediately." That's when he finally hung up on me. I'm still shaking from the experience, just writing about it 4 days later.

"The earlier reviews were 100% correct. The business model is to advertise a very low price and then try to sell accessories. When you do not purchase accesssories you are misled with information that is not truthful. "It was shipped" "It was pulled from shipping" "we will send it second day", I was askedd to not have a different shipping address from my billing address. I complied immediately and then was asked several more times to meet that requirement even though they had acknowledged that I had made the change and it was evident on the account info site. I knew something was amiss because my credit card was never charged even though on three different occassions I was told the product had been shipped. Stay away from these folks."

"This company is a joke, my LCD TV order with them was canceled because of out of stock, but they didn't notify me, I had to call them up after days to find it out. The TV I ordered was shown as "In Stock" when I placed my order, and still shown as "In Stock" when I called and found out it was out of stock.

In additional, my account with them was disabled for no reason, so I couldn't check my order status.

I'll definitely stay away from this company.

"So far I had the same reaction that mysonspa did. Their email invoice recalls telephone "confirmation" at which time the salseperson tries to sell an extended warranty. After denying the warranty I was told the item was on backorder 10-15 days. I'll follow up this comment to inform readers if they came through with the item (Samsung LNR238W LCD TV)...
Well, I canceled the order due to no action or communication from the company. Reordered from Ebuyer and received it in 4 days in excellent condition.

"I called this company after cancelling another order for a Canon SD500. I asked them if the camera was in stock and if it came with all the accessories. They said yes and they would reserve one for me and to order on line. Then came the hard sell. "You don't mean to tell me you're not going to buy an extended warranty for a camera like this." "Don't tell me you're going to stick with the battery this camera comes with; it's good for only 10 pictures." I told them I would just purchase the camera now, play around with it for a while, then decide what accessories I wanted. After about a week I called asking about the camera. I was told it had been shipped. Another week later, after not findiing any shipping information on the link on their web site, I called again. The customer service rep said "I'm sending you an e-mail right now" and then he hung up. The e-mail told me the camera was back-ordered and would be coming from their main warehouse. About another week later I called them again and asked them to cancel my order. In a rather incredulous voice, the rep said "You want to cancel an order! Why?" I began by saying that they first told me they had the camera in stock. I was cut off, told my order was cancelled, good-bye. Pretty lousy customer service. I wonder if their tactics are similar to USA Photo Nation and Best Price Cameras."
