"Watch out for fraudlent billing of shipping. Placed an order for two items + shipping. One of the items was backordered and the other shipped. They charged the FULL shipping for the one item, and then attempted to charge the full chipping for the second item as well. When we requested to cancel the orders and return the merchandise, they suggested we'd heave to pay for the item's "restocking", shipping, AND return shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!"
"TERRIBLE experience. Placed order 5 days ago and have no word of if has shipped or when might arrive. Have called and emailed customer service but no one answers the phone or returns calls and do not respond to emails. There is no online ability to track orders...they say to email but get no response back! A FAR cry from amazon.com which I usually use (the item was out-of-stock). I will never use them again. Oh and you can't cancel an order once placed and if you return there are hefty restocking fees. AWFUL."
"They had the wrong picture for an item so I bought two of them thinking I was getting one thing but got something else I did not want. They refused to refund as they are not the actual supplier. They also did not offer me anything for their mistake and my wasted time and money. They were very slow to respond to my email (took days). The customer is always wrong when you shop here."

I ordered a Mailbox system for use in my elementary school classroom. I needed an affordable and durable way to organize different types of paper (line, blank, letter, construction, homeworks), and after a lot of online research, this seemed like the best option. It turned out to be great for my classroom! The mailbox looked exactly as it did in the picture, and has held up to a good deal of abuse!
My order was delivered more quickly than expected, and was accurate. I did not have the opportunity to interact with customer service, but am completely satisfied with my experience.

"I'm pretty well set in my ways in terms of who I shop with on-line. I've come to trust just a few big retailers - namely Amazon.com. Though they're not always the cheapest, I can be assured satisfaction.
These days I'm a little more price sensitive. I ended-up finding the item I was looking for offered by DigitalKitchenStore.com for $20.00 less than Amazon with the same free shipping and no sales tax.
After seeing their rating here, I felt slightly uneasy. So I figured I'd email their customer service and just let them know I wanted to buy, but their rating was not great. I did'nt expect a response - but I got one, and it was from the President of the company! I figured if he took the time to respond, then it was worth my business, so I promptly ordered.
I can tell you I am extremely happy with all aspects of the purchase - from price to on-time shipping to customer service. I will absolutely add this retailer to my very short list of "approved" purchasing sites."

"First, the good news -- they carry a nice product selection. The rest is bad news, mostly the worst customer service in the industry and they try to scam you out of your money when they make mistakes. Shipped the wrong product, wanted me to pay to return, still didn't want to issue a refund in a timely basis. Then tried to send a collection agency after me, when they were the ones doing wrong. I paid and didn't get a proper refund. Thankfully my credit card agency stepped in, but you should avoid them all costs."
