"I was a little apprehensive making the order for a camera costing over £2,000. However I check the reviews for DigitalRev and they all seemed very favourable, so I went ahead. Initially the transaction payment was blocked by my credit card provider, MasterCard, which puzzled me so I just left it for 20 mins. I then received a call from MasterCard checking whether I had tried to make a purchase, to which I confirmed I had. MasterCard cleared my card for the transaction and I was able to try the purchase again, which I did and it all went through smoothly.

The first estimated delivery date was only 3 days later, which seemed optimistic. I registered for the DHL email updates on the shipping progress. Checking this the next day the estimated delivery date window had moved back by one day. The next day upon checking the delivery date window had moved back again by one day. Now I was slightly worried. However, I need not have been as the camera duly arrived on the 4th day after having placed the order. Not bad at all, in fact really very good.

The camera arrived in perfect working order, having been well packaged up for its long journey. So no immediate warranty claim issues to worry about and hopefully there never will be! The camera is wonderful, but that would be another review.

"Beware! Ordered a camera but they failed to make it clear that the company is based in HongKong! I only realised when I noticed the delivery date was 3 weeks away. I bought for an upcoming holiday so camera is of no use being delivered once I've left.

Spoke to there customer service and they refused to cancel and closed call.

* In response to their reply - Customer Service does not mean repeatedly contacting the customer with pointless verbose communication without any attempt to rectify the situation and simply pointing out it's my fault I didn't notice the delivery time was 3 week. For example, pointing out that they would speak to the web developer to make this clear on the website does absolutely nothing for me. If I could make my rating and lower I would.

Their Customer service was only interested once I logged a review on this website!!! Funny that.

To be clear: If you are UK based then expect any delivery to takes weeks. If you expect any customer services other than long pointless email then don't bother.

I still haven't received my item, I have had to order from a reputable UK based company and have had to ask them to stop contacting me regarding changing this rating unless they actually attempt to resolve the isssue!
