"I found this site through a Google search, it looks convincing enough, just the usual technology etailer. When you order a product (in my case a laptop) they take your contact details and call you to confirm. They do not accept cards on the site so they send an email invoice. This also appears to be fine, giving you their bank details and asking for a direct transfer of funds via your bank.

The problem starts when you expect the usual confirmations. They not only don't get in touch in the usual way they do not respond to any enquiries. The UK phone numbers they supply do not work, they either go dead or pass you straight to an answerphone message with the only option being to leave your details. This does not work as they simply ignore all messages. Their email, both from the contact page of their site and the email address given on the invoice both work, but don't expect a reply, they ignore all communication.

I have been trying for two weeks now to find out where my laptop is with no result.

Avoid this site, do not attempt to buy from them, they will rip you off."

"Why don't you stop your black PR! We've been doing business with digitaltechmart for several years now and always get my bulk orders with no problem at all. Feels like rivals are jealous about someone offering VAT free shopping and slashing down prices to the benefit of customers. Rumors started only after the company moved to retails and appeared on tv, google and msn. Somebody tried to get us down same way last year. Google displayed many negative reviews from non-existent customers. Well, we survived though there was quite a painful cut in sales. You'd better stop playing dirty games and start thinking how to keep your prices low."

"There were some difficulties at my end with billing and shipping info. They told me that they cant ship to my living address, because it differs from my billing address (which stands on my corporate card).
However they had the best price out of all the merchants, so I cant complain. The product was shipped and delivered on time and in good shape. I would recommend this site for similar purchases."
